Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer 35-day returns. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered.

All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Empowered by Love to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for full refund

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

  • Items must be accompanied by a sales receipt. 

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made pieces

  • Engraved and monogrammed products

  • Gift cards


What is your exchange policy?

We offer 35-day exchanges for all customers at all of our retail locations. Please have your order confirmation email, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

Online Purchase Exchange

  • Online purchases can be exchanged online at this time.

In-Store Purchase Exchange

  • These orders can be exchanged in-store only.

What is our shipping policy?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Shipping:
EBL is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees assessed for international shipping, and EBL. is not responsible for delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent via email. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that the buyer is solely responsible for the acceptance of the order upon delivery.
