Complimentary jewelry cleaning and pearl threading by appointment. All you have to pay is the shipping. Email us at contact@empoweredbylove.shop to book your jewelry cleaning and the rethreading of your pearls*. 

*For re-threading of the pearls, no pearls of the original piece can be missing. We can submit a pearl replacement quote for approval.

Repairs. At Empowered By Love we value your investment. Email us at contact@empoweredbylove.shop to start your repair. First, send us “before pictures” to receive a preliminary quote. Next step, send us your piece. Once the piece is received you will get a quote confirmation and the time to process your repair. Finally, with your approval, your piece will be restored to its original beauty and sent back to you. Shipping expenses are a client’s responsibility.
