How can I track my order?

We've got you covered. Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email, along with detailed Tracking Updates emails that will be sent for your convenience. 

What are the shipping fees? 

Shipping fees vary according to your purchase destination.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Just mix lukewarm water and a few drops of neutral soap to wash out fragrances and body oils. Dip a soft, clean cloth into the water and gently wipe down the pearls.

Can I order a custom piece?

Let us hear about your special piece. We will be happy to help you create the jewelry of your dreams. Email us at contact@empoweredbylove.shop with subject Special Orders so we can share what special ordering options we may have for the piece you want. 

Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely! We offer digital gift cards. Click here and choose your digital Gift Card (it will be emailed directly to the recipient) and select your preferred value. 

Keep in mind that discount codes cannot be applied for digital gift cards. 

How do I redeem my gift card?

You will receive your gift card code by email. Enter the code by clicking “Apply a gift card” during checkout.

The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit card or PayPal. Kindly note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction.
